Welcome to the Abervalley Women's Institute

We are a fun, friendly inclusive and inspiring group of women of all ages.

We usually meet at 7.30pm on the first Thursday of the month 

at Senghenydd Community Centre, Gwern Ave, Senghenydd CF83 4HA

All welcome it’s free to try!!

Formed in 2009, we are part of the Glamorgan Federation of the National Federation of Women’s Institutes.

Our group brings a fresh, friendly approach to the WI, whilst still retaining the core values of our parent organisation.

Our WISE (W.I. Social Events), WIBLets (W.I.Book Lovers), Coffee and Craft and  Gardening-Veg Heads groups keep us busy with plenty of activities and trips throughout the year.

From dancing, baking, crafting, day trips there is something for everyone.
